Overnight Rental Listings

Listing a unit at the Roney for less than 30 days is against our rules.

This would be actionable if the Board had done their duty and convened a fining committee.

Listings we find that are in violation of our rules will be listed here.

Please share any you find.

These units have code violations and have never received any penalty from our Board. They just keep renting out their units illegally and management keeps pringting guest cards in direct violation of our Rules and Regulations
